Serial entrepreneur, founder of Bergstone GmbH and former Head of Business Development at Freedom Finance Germany.

Stan has built and operated businesses across technology, finance, industry and international trade. Through Bergstone and its incubator, he helps founders structure, finance and scale companies from formation to funding, growth and exit.

Sergey builds the systems that make Bergstone's ventures run: AI-powered workflows, automation pipelines, and data infrastructure that replace months of manual work with hours of machine time. From RAG assistants for construction law to AI visualization stacks — most recently at Badrenovo, where his imaging pipeline made every design render look like fine art photography — he turns emerging AI technology into products people actually use.

His eye was trained in a different field: as a Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist, Sergey spent over 15 years telling stories for The New York Times, Paris Match, Stern and Le Figaro. That discipline — making complex situations instantly understandable, memorable and emotionally precise — now shapes how Bergstone's ventures look, sound and present themselves to the world.
